1. Squadrons should be on site ready to fly at 0830. Maximum 40 cadets plus the appropriate staff for supervision.
2. If you cannot fly on your scheduled day, contact the Commanding Officer of the Gliding Centre as soon as possible to arrange an alternate date.
3. Annex A - Request for Authority - Cadet Citizenship Training/Tour/Exercise is required at the Cadet Detachment as soon as possible.
4. Plan your day. Have alternate and concurrent activities ready to use, to enhance and create a complete Gliding Day Experience.
5. Ensure that cadets are dressed appropriately with head-gear, and provided with sunscreen and mosquito repellent. Encourage cadets to bring water bottles to prevent dehydration on the field. Meals, as required will be funded by the Cadet Detachment.
