IMPORTANT NOTES:
  1. Squadrons should be on site ready to fly at 0830. Maximum 40 cadets plus the appropriate staff for supervision.
  2. If you cannot fly on your scheduled day, contact the Commanding Officer or Officer Commanding of the Gliding Centre as soon as possible to arrange an alternate date.
  3. Annex A - Request for Authority - Cadet Citizenship Training/Tour/Exercise is required at the Region Cadet Support Unit (Prairie) as soon as possible.
  4. Plan your day. To enhance and create a complete Gliding Day Experience have alternate activities ready to use.
  5. Ensure that cadets are dressed appropriately including head-gear and provided with sunscreen and mosquito repellent.
  6. Encourage cadets to bring water bottles to prevent dehydration on the field. Meals will be funded as required.
